The Contacts module allows you to store and manage information about people associated with your organization. Contacts may include staff members, clergy, volunteers, parishioners, board members, or other individuals whose information you want to organize and display on your website.
Each contact can include personal details, mailing address, communication information, and optional additional information such as languages spoken or other notes. Contacts may also include a photo that can be displayed on directory pages or other areas of your site.
Accessing Contacts
To manage contacts, navigate to:
Components → Contacts
From the Contacts page you can:
- Create new contacts
- Edit existing contacts
- Remove contacts that are no longer needed
- View contact information used by directory or staff pages
Contact Information Fields
When creating or editing a contact, several types of information can be stored:
- Name information – First, middle, and last name along with optional titles or suffixes.
- Role or ministry – A job title, ministry role, or clergy rank.
- Mailing address – Street address, city, state or province, postal code, and country.
- Contact information – Phone number, fax number, and email address.
- Languages – Languages spoken or used in ministry or communication.
- Additional notes – Optional information that may be displayed with the contact.

Images and Profile Photos
A contact can include a featured image that is used for staff listings, directories, or profile pages. Images can be selected from your Media Library or uploaded when editing the contact.
Translations
If your site supports multiple languages, the contact name fields can include translated versions. This allows directories and staff pages to display contact information appropriately for visitors using different languages.
Saving Changes
After entering or updating contact information, click Save to store your changes. The contact will then be available for use in directory pages, listings, or other components that display contact information.
