Self-Maintained vs. Professionally Managed Site Manager Plans

When signing up for a Site Manager account, you can choose between two service options: Self-Maintained or Professionally Managed. Each plan is designed to fit different levels of involvement in keeping your website up-to-date.


Self-Maintained Plan

  • Cost: $25/month (half the cost of the managed option).

  • Who it’s for: Clients who are comfortable logging in and making their own website updates.

  • How it works: You use the Site Manager software directly to add new pages, update content, upload photos, post newsletters, and more.

  • Ease of use: Our system is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly—more than 99% of our clients manage their own websites with no technical background.

This plan is the best choice if you prefer full control over your site and want to keep costs as low as possible.


Professionally Managed Plan

  • Cost: $50/month.

  • Who it’s for: Clients who would rather have someone else handle the updates.

  • How it works: Instead of updating your site through Site Manager, you simply email your content (text, photos, announcements, etc.) to one of our representatives. We take care of making the changes on your behalf.

  • Included service: The plan covers approximately 1 hour of updates per month. This is typically enough for routine tasks such as posting weekly bulletins, updating a parish calendar, or making small text/image changes.

  • Additional work: If your requested updates exceed the included time, we will provide a quote before proceeding.

This plan is ideal if you prefer a more hands-off experience or don’t have the time to manage your own updates.


Optional Custom Development

In addition to the two main plans, we also offer custom programming and development services for clients who need features beyond what Site Manager provides out of the box.

  • Rate: $75/hour.

  • Examples: Custom donation forms, integration with third-party platforms, unique design features, or specialized workflows tailored to your organization.

  • If you’re looking for affordability and direct control, Self-Maintained is almost always the best fit.

  • If you prefer to email your changes and let us handle the technical side—with about an hour of updates included each month—Professionally Managed provides convenience and peace of mind.

  • And if your needs go beyond the standard features, custom development ensures your website can grow with you.
