Client Area

This article explains how to use the Orthodox Web Solutions (OWS) Client Area and what you can manage from your account once logged in.

The Client Area is your central hub for services, billing, support, and account management.


Accessing the Client Area

You can log in at:
https://accounts.orthodoxws.com/login

Once logged in, you will be taken to your Client Area dashboard.


Client Area Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you will see a personalized dashboard that gives you a quick overview of your account, including:

  • Number of active services

  • Open and closed support tickets

  • Outstanding invoices

  • Recent announcements and updates

This page is designed to show you what needs attention right away.


Services

Under Services, you can:

  • View all active products and services

  • Access detailed information for each service

  • Check service status (active, suspended, etc.)

If applicable, you may also see access to the Central Firewall Portal, which allows you to manage IP blocks and unblock yourself if you are temporarily restricted by security rules.


Billing

The Billing section allows you to manage all financial aspects of your account:

  • View and download invoices

  • Review and accept quotes

  • Pay one or multiple invoices using Mass Payment

  • Manage saved payment methods securely

If you have unpaid invoices, notifications will appear prominently to help prevent service interruptions.


Support

The Support section is where you can get help and stay informed:

  • Open new support tickets

  • View and reply to existing tickets

  • Read official announcements

  • Search the Knowledgebase for guides and answers

  • Watch video tutorials

  • Check current network and server status

Support tickets are the best way to request assistance and ensure proper tracking of your issue.


My Projects

If your account includes project-based work, the My Projects area allows you to:

  • Track ongoing projects

  • Review updates and progress

  • Communicate about deliverables in one place


Account Management

From the Account menu (top right), you can manage your personal and organizational details:

  • Update account information

  • Add and manage additional users

  • Manage contacts

  • Review email history

  • Change your password

  • Update security settings

This is especially useful for parishes or organizations with multiple administrators.


Sidebar Panels and Shortcuts

The sidebars provide quick access to:

  • Your account contact details

  • Saved contacts

  • Common shortcuts (such as logout)

  • Fast navigation to frequently used areas

These panels can be expanded or collapsed as needed.


Notifications

The Client Area includes built-in notifications for important items such as:

  • Unpaid invoices

  • Account notices

  • Service-related alerts

Notifications help ensure nothing important is missed.

The OWS Client Area is designed to keep everything related to your website and services in one secure, easy-to-use location. From billing and support to service management and account security, it provides clear visibility and simple tools so you can focus on your mission rather than technical details.
