App Notifications

Overview

The Notifications feature allows you to send push notifications directly to users of your mobile app. These messages appear instantly on subscribers’ devices and can include a title, message, and optional link.

Notifications can be sent immediately or scheduled to be delivered at a later time.

You can access this feature by navigating to:

App → Notifications

Viewing Notifications

The Notifications page displays recent push notifications sent through your app. The list includes:

  • Title – The notification headline.
  • Message – The text displayed in the notification.
  • Date/Time – When the notification was sent or scheduled.
  • Status – Delivery status information.
  • Click – Percentage of recipients who tapped the notification.
  • Link – The destination link associated with the notification.

The table is sortable and searchable to help you quickly find past notifications.

Notification Status

Each notification may display different status indicators:

  • Scheduled – The notification is queued to be delivered at a future time.
  • Delivered – The number of devices that successfully received the notification.
  • Failed – Devices that could not receive the notification.
  • Canceled – The notification was canceled before delivery.

If a notification is scheduled but has not yet been sent, you may cancel it from the list.
