FAQs

The FAQ module allows you to create and manage Frequently Asked Questions that appear on your website. FAQs are useful for answering common questions from visitors, parishioners, customers, or members without requiring them to contact you directly.

FAQs can be organized into categories and displayed on pages using the FAQ section component.

Accessing FAQs

To manage FAQs, navigate to:

Components → FAQs

From this page you can:

  • Create new FAQs
  • Edit existing FAQs
  • Delete FAQs
  • Organize FAQs by category

Creating an FAQ

To add a new FAQ:

  1. Navigate to Components → FAQs
  2. Click Create FAQ
  3. Select the appropriate category
  4. Enter the question
  5. Enter the answer
  6. Save your changes

The question will appear as the visible heading, and the answer will be displayed when users expand or select the FAQ.

Managing FAQ Categories

FAQs can be grouped into categories to keep them organized and easier for visitors to browse.

To manage categories:

  1. Navigate to Components → FAQs
  2. Click Manage Categories
  3. Create, edit, or delete FAQ categories

Displaying FAQs on Your Website

To display FAQs on a page:

  1. Edit the page where you want FAQs to appear
  2. Add a new section
  3. Select Components → FAQs
  4. Choose the category you want to display
  5. Save the section

The FAQs from that category will then appear on the page for visitors to browse.
