Donations: Donors

The Donors page provides a summary of individuals who have made donations through your online giving system. It allows you to quickly see who has donated, how much they have given, and which campaigns they have supported.

Donor information is automatically synchronized with your giving provider and updated as new donations are received.

Accessing the Donor List

To view your donors, go to:

Donations → Donors

This page displays a list of donors along with their total contributions and most recent donation activity.

Donor Information

Each donor record includes the following information:

  • Name – The donor's first and last name.
  • Email – The email address associated with the donor's contributions.
  • Net Amount – The total amount the donor has contributed.
  • Campaigns – The donation campaigns the donor has supported.
  • Last Donation – The date of the donor's most recent contribution.

Viewing Donor Transactions

To see all donations made by a specific donor:

  1. Go to Donations → Donors
  2. Find the donor in the list
  3. Click the View Transactions icon

This will display a list of all donations made by that donor, including the campaigns they supported and the dates of their contributions.

Synchronization

Donor data is synchronized with your giving provider. When new donations are received, the donor list and totals will automatically update during the next synchronization.
