Managing Stewardship and Campaigns

The Site Manager's Donations component allows for the creation of campaigns to manage general ongoing stewardship as well as target campaigns.

Offline donations, such as check or cash, can be entered under "Donations" -> "Transactions" so the campaign progress meters and charts accurately reflect total donations, both online and offline.

To get started, first create an account with in the Site Manager under "Donations" -> "Configuration", if you haven't already done so. During the account setup with, a default campaign named "General Fund" is automatically create.

New campaigns can be created as follows:

  1. Go to "Donation" -> "Campaigns".
  2. Click "Create campaign".
  3. Enter a name, goal, description and image.
  4. Specify the periodicity as either a specific date range or a recurring interval (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual).
  5. Click "Save Changes".

Take the following steps to show a campaign on your website:

  1. Go to "Pages" and edit the desired page.
  2. Insert a section of type, "Donations - Campaign".
  3. Select the desired campaign for the list.
  4. Configure your display options, button, progress bar, and chart/graph.
  5. Click "Save Changes".
