Reports are generated automatically based on the transactions recorded in your donation system.
Accessing Donation Reports
To view donation reports, go to:
Donations → Reports
The Reports page includes several charts and summaries that provide insight into your donation activity.
Available Reports
- Daily Income – Displays the number of donations and total income for each of the last 30 days.
- Monthly Income – Shows total income by month for the current year.
- Active Donors – Displays the number of donors who contributed during each month.
- Campaigns – Shows the total income generated by each campaign.
- Top Donors – Lists the donors who have contributed the largest total amounts.
Daily Income
This chart shows the number of donations and the total income received each day for the last 30 days. It helps identify short-term giving patterns and donation activity.
Monthly Income
This report summarizes total donation income by month for the current year. It helps you see long-term giving trends and seasonal donation patterns.
Active Donors
The Active Donors chart displays how many unique donors made contributions during each month. This helps track donor participation and engagement over time.
Campaign Performance
The Campaigns chart shows the total income generated by each donation campaign. This allows you to compare fundraising performance across different campaigns.
Top Donors
This report highlights the donors who have contributed the highest total amounts. It can help identify major donors and supporters of your organization.
Viewing Detailed Records
Many reports include quick links that allow you to view the detailed records behind the data:
- View Transactions – Opens the full list of donation transactions.
- View Donors – Opens the list of donors and their giving history.
These links make it easy to move from high-level reports to the individual transactions or donors that make up the data.
