Site Manager Dashboard

The Site Manager Home page serves as your administrative dashboard. It provides a quick overview of your website, recent activity, system usage, and shortcuts to common tasks. The dashboard is designed to help you quickly monitor the health of your site and navigate to frequently used areas of the Site Manager.

Dashboard Overview

When you log into the Site Manager, the Home page displays several panels that summarize important information about your website and account.

Depending on your user permissions, you may see some or all of the following sections.

Welcome Message

If your account includes a personalized message, it will appear in the Welcome panel. This message may contain instructions or notes from your site administrator.

You can also access your user profile by clicking the My Account button in this section.

Content Statistics

The dashboard displays quick statistics for key content areas of your website. Each card shows the number of items currently stored in that section.

  • Pages – Total number of pages on your website.
  • Images – Number of images uploaded to the media library.
  • Files – Number of files available for download or use in content.
  • News – Total news items or announcements.
  • Social – Configured social media networks.
  • Notifications – App or push notifications created for your site.

Clicking the icon on a card will open the management area for that content type. The plus icon allows you to quickly add a new item.

Website Activity

The Website Activity section displays a chart showing recent visitor traffic and page views. This information is generated from your server statistics and provides a quick visual overview of how your site is being used.

If you have permission to view detailed statistics, a link to More Statistics will open the full analytics report.

Usage Statistics

This panel shows how your hosting resources are being used. It includes progress bars for several system limits such as:

  • Disk Space – Total storage used by your website files.
  • Domains – Number of domains associated with your account.
  • Email Accounts – Total email mailboxes created.
  • Mailing Lists – Active mailing lists configured.
  • Forwarders – Email forwarding addresses.

These indicators help you monitor resource usage and understand how close your account is to its limits.

What’s New

The What’s New section highlights recent improvements and features added to the Site Manager. Each entry includes a short summary and a link to the full changelog for more details.

This section helps administrators stay informed about new tools and system enhancements.

Activity Log

The Activity Log displays the most recent actions performed in the Site Manager, such as updates to pages, images, or system settings.

Administrators can see actions from all users, while standard users will only see their own activity. A link is provided to view the complete activity log.

Disk Usage

The Disk Usage</strong chart provides a visual breakdown of how your storage space is being used. It categorizes usage into areas such as:

  • Files
  • Images
  • Mail
  • Cache
  • System
  • Free Space

This helps identify where storage is being consumed and whether cleanup may be needed.

Using the Dashboard Effectively

The Home dashboard is intended to give you a quick snapshot of your website and hosting environment. From here you can:

  • Quickly access common management tools
  • Monitor website traffic trends
  • Review recent administrative activity
  • Check resource usage and storage
  • Stay informed about new Site Manager features

Returning to the Home page regularly can help you stay aware of your website’s activity and overall system health.
