Activity Log

The Activity Log records important actions that occur within the Site Manager. This log helps administrators monitor activity, troubleshoot issues, and review changes made by users.

Accessing the Activity Log

To view the activity log, navigate to:

Administration → Activity Log

Understanding Log Entries

Each entry in the log includes the following information:

  • Date – When the action occurred
  • Action – The type of activity performed
  • Status – Whether the action succeeded, failed, or generated a warning
  • Details – Additional information about the event
  • User – The user account that performed the action
  • IP Address – The IP address from which the action originated

This information can help administrators identify unusual activity or diagnose system problems.

Filtering and Managing Entries

Administrators can filter log entries using several options:

  • Status – View only successful, failed, or warning events
  • Time – Filter entries older than a specific time period
  • User – View actions from a specific user
  • IP Address – Filter activity by IP address

Available Actions

Administrators can perform the following actions on filtered log entries:

  • Delete – Remove matching entries from the activity log
  • Print – Generate a printable version of the filtered log entries
  • Save – Export the filtered log entries for record keeping

Use the action controls at the bottom of the page to apply these operations.

Individual Entry Removal

Individual log entries can also be removed directly from the table using the delete control associated with the entry.

Because the activity log may contain important audit information, entries should generally only be removed when they are no longer needed.
