In general it is a good idea to include in your meta tags ("Administration" -> "Meta Tags") those terms which you think people might type into search engines. Some terms you might be interested in using are: Orthodox Church, Orthodox Christianity, the name of your town or city, the name of your state, etc.. These terms should also be included, if possible, on your pages. A good place to incorporate names of local towns or cities is on the directions page.
Usually, it takes a little while for your website's ranking to change.
