Downloading email

You can create any email address that you would like right in the Site Manager under “Email” → “Accounts.”
Here, you can set your own passwords and storage quotas, as well as view the settings needed to download your mail into an email client such as Outlook, Mac Mail, or Thunderbird.

💻 Email Client Setup (IMAP/POP3)

Use the following secure SSL/TLS settings when configuring your mail program:

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP or POP3)

  • Server: yourdomain.com

  • IMAP Port: 993 (recommended)

  • POP3 Port: 995

  • SSL: Enabled

  • Username: user@yourdomain.com

  • Password: your email password

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

  • Server: yourdomain.com

  • SMTP Port: 465

  • SSL: Enabled

  • Authentication: Required (use same username and password as incoming mail)

💡 IMAP keeps your mail synchronized across all devices.
POP3 downloads messages and removes them from the server.

You can also send and receive email directly from your browser:
