There are a few ways to include social networking icons:
1) You can manage your social networks under "Social" -> "Networks". Once set up, you can insert social networking icons into your pages using the section type: "Components - Social Icons". You will be able to choose the style and size of the social icons.
2) You can set up social tabs under "Social" -> "Plugins" -> "Social Tabs" or "Social Tabs Deluxe".
3) You can create social networking links under "Administration" -> "Mirror/Related Sites". Just create an entry for your Facebook page.
There are additional plugins available for sharing pages and news items, which can be configured under "Social" -> "Plugins".
