Managing Pages

Overview

The Site Manager provides a powerful page management system that allows you to create, organize, and maintain all the pages on your website. Pages can be standard content pages (like "About Us" or "Contact") or reusable panels that appear in specific locations across multiple pages.

Accessing Page Management

Navigate to Media → Pages in the Site Manager to view all your website pages in a hierarchical tree structure. You can expand or collapse page branches to see the full organization of your site.

Understanding the Page List

Page Display

Pages are shown in a tree structure that mirrors your site's navigation hierarchy:

  • Parent pages can be expanded to show their subpages
  • Icons indicate special page features:
    • 👁️‍🗨️ Eye with slash: Page hidden from main menu
    • 🔒 Lock: Password protected page
    • 🔗 Link: Page redirects to another URL
    • ○ Circle: Blank page with no content sections

Page Actions

For each page, you have quick access to:

  • Edit: Modify page content and sections
  • View: Preview the page on your live website
  • Move: Drag and drop to reorder or reorganize pages
  • Properties: Configure page settings (covered in this guide)
  • Add Subpage: Create a child page under the current page
  • Delete: Remove the page permanently

Organizing Pages

You can reorganize your site structure by:

  1. Drag and drop pages to reorder them or move them under different parent pages
  2. Expand/Collapse buttons to show or hide all page hierarchies at once
  3. The system automatically saves the new organization
