Site Manager allows you to easily build, manage, and update your website without needing technical knowledge.
Website Design
We offer three website design options depending on your needs and budget:
- Standard Template – $125.00
- Standard Template with Custom Icon – $150.00
- Custom Template – $750.00
The Standard Template option gives you access to our library of shared website designs used by many of our clients.
The Standard Template with Custom Icon option allows you to personalize one of our standard templates with your own icon or graphic element.
The Custom Template option provides a completely unique design prepared by our graphic designers specifically for your organization.

Advanced Templates
All Site Manager accounts also include access to our Advanced Templates at no additional charge. These templates provide more design flexibility and customization options than our Standard Templates while still allowing you to quickly launch a professional website.

When signing up for a Site Manager account, you can choose between two service options: Self-Maintained or Professionally Managed. Each plan is designed to fit different levels of involvement in keeping your website up-to-date.
Web Hosting
Self-Maintained Plan
Cost: $33/month.
Who it’s for: Clients who are comfortable logging in and making their own website updates.
How it works: You use the Site Manager software directly to add new pages, update content, upload photos, post newsletters, manage calendars, and more.
Ease of use: Our system is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. More than 99% of our clients manage their own websites with no technical background.
This plan is the best choice if you prefer full control over your site and want to keep costs as low as possible.
Professionally Managed Plan
Cost: $58/month.
Who it’s for: Clients who would rather have someone else handle the updates.
How it works: Instead of updating your site through Site Manager, you simply email your content (text, photos, announcements, etc.) to one of our representatives. We take care of making the changes on your behalf.
Included service: The plan covers approximately 1 hour of updates per month. This is typically enough for routine tasks such as posting weekly bulletins, updating a parish calendar, or making small text or image changes.
Additional work: If your requested updates exceed the included time, we will provide a quote before proceeding.
This plan is ideal if you prefer a more hands-off experience or do not have the time to manage your own updates.
Which Plan Should You Choose?
If you are looking for affordability and direct control, the Self-Maintained plan is almost always the best fit.
If you prefer to email your changes and let us handle the technical side—with about an hour of updates included each month—the Professionally Managed plan provides convenience and peace of mind.
If your needs go beyond the standard features, custom development ensures your website can grow with your organization.
eCommerce Services
The eCommerce Add-on allows your website to sell products, accept online orders, or manage online fundraising.
Pricing: One-time $250 setup fee plus $20/month.
The eCommerce system includes:
- Secure shopping cart and customer login area
- Live shipping rates from UPS, USPS, and FedEx (via ShipEngine)
- Customer and order management tools
- Sales tax configuration by location
- Promotions and coupon management
- Sales reports with charts and exports

Logo Design
If your organization does not yet have a logo, we offer professional logo design services for $250.00. Our designers will create a logo suitable for use on your website, printed materials, and social media.
Custom Programming
For organizations with specialized needs, we offer custom programming services at $75 per hour. This allows us to develop additional features, integrations, or custom modules tailored specifically to your website or organizational workflow.
