Custom code can be entered in a few ways:
1) To add code inside the Head tags, go to "Administration" -> "Custom Code/Scripts"
2) To add code to the top of all the pages in the content area, go to "Administration" -> "Header/Footer".
3) To add code to a specific page and section, go to Pages, then "edit" for the desired page, then insert a new section and choose "Advanced - HTML Code" for the section type.
